Find paid tasks near you, do them, and get paid safely. This guide explains how the platform helps even a brand-new worker get opportunities without any experience or reputation.
Frequently Asked Questions
A gig is a paid task someone needs done, like delivering a parcel, fixing something, doing a piece of work or completing a small job. You browse the Gigs page, accept a task you can do, complete it and get paid.
The AI matches tasks to you by location and by the skills you list — not by your reputation. Many tasks, like deliveries and simple physical jobs, need no experience at all. Start with the easier ones, complete them well, and the AI will show you more and better-paying work over time.
The AI engine looks at your neighbourhood and your listed skills, then offers the tasks that make sense for you. Gigs near you are shown first, so you are not competing with people from other cities.
When you accept a gig, the client's money goes into a protected holding account called escrow. When you complete the task and the client confirms it, the money is released to your wallet automatically. You can then withdraw it to your mobile money or bank.
The client cannot run off with your money, because they pay into escrow before you start. If there is a disagreement, you and the client both present your side and our mediation team reviews the record before releasing funds. See Escrow Protection.
In everyday language, a gig is one small paid task and a job is a bigger piece of work. On GAPINVEX both work the same way: someone needs work done, they fund it, a worker accepts, and payment is released when the work is confirmed done.
Yes — a few ways. You can earn a commission by registering products you discover into the marketplace scanner, earn from referrals by inviting friends, and earn interest by investing money in trade deals. See Buy & Sell and Crowd Invest.
The client or buyer funds the gig. The platform holds the payment in escrow, takes its small fee only when the job is confirmed done, and releases the rest to you. You always know the exact amount before you accept.
Escrow means the money is locked and neither side can touch it alone. It is only released when the work is confirmed complete. This protects you from clients who do not pay and protects clients from workers who do not deliver.
Anyone with a verified account can post a job or a gig. Describe the work, set the amount, and fund it. The AI then prices it fairly and matches it to suitable workers in your area.
